I've used SoftOrbits products before and have always been satisfied so I decided to have a go with this one. I selected a photo that had some lettering across the middle. The product worked very well. Okay, I was only having a play, only spent a few minutes on it and didn't use all the tools available, but I was impressed enough to keep it, plus I found it easy to use.

How does it compare to inpaint 10.2
my biggest request is follow an arc it has follow a line

I have not use Inpaint for a long time, when I switched from Inpaint to Photo Stamp Remover it was better.

MOV, follow a line is not only the way to go. It hardly depending on the content of the corrected area, typical paint-in formula do only use surrounding area to fill replacement area and do not care of any structure or line, that is why no good result is possible with natural structure, or they look bloomy washed and unsharp with color jumping. Here is when Artificial Intelligence comes in, it tries to complete the missing area with structures stored in a data-bank. Those Artificial Intelligence is only good as it has data stored, no data, no good result. And finally the structure must be placed correctly into place in the missing area what is not easy and you will see the failure. I claim SoftOrbits tries hard, but fails when it comes to complex transformations. It is very primitive in what it does and the errors are visible. Good replacement should not be recognized as replacement by the eye. When comparing to Inpaint, both fail in complex picture content, no matter of AI or not.
