GOTD, I have been trying 7-8 to register using the activation key you sent me ( most recently just before the new promotions came up) but I keep getting this same connection error. How do I resister this. I don't have vpn enablev

I tried to validate the software all up until I went to bed last night always getting the same error. Then tried a few minutes ago figuring I would get an error telling me the offer had expired. Instead I received the same connection error. Apparently the developer was not to interested getting the server error rectified.
Added Note I had a VPN which was removed months ago

ive been getting the error like everyone else. i just tried to change 1 number of the activation code, and noticed that i just cut and pasted from their email, but there is a hidden character at the end of the cut and paste. once i deleted that, it activated perfectly, even today. :-)

AJ, This worked for me also. Just paste the code, hit backspace once. The last character is still there but some invisible character was removed. This time there was no server error and I now have a licensed version.

I downloaded this software at 21.05 on the 19th and have been trying unsuccessfully to apply the license key that you sent to me. All I get every time I enter the activation code is "unable to connect to activation server".
Please take up this issue with the supplier and ensure that those of us that have not been able to register can in fact do so.

I got this when it was given away on 2/15/20, also with an unlimited license. I did go through the registration process successfully at that time. Went to open it just now and got the message that the evaluation period has expired. I tried to once again activate it with the License Key that had been provided on that date only to get the message that "License activation failed". I do not want to uninstall & reinstall. If anyone from MyDraw is watching this thread, please let me know what to do to reactivate the program.

I read a comment further down the page by "Joel" who provided the link from today's readme file to get the License Key. (I had not downloaded the 60MB file as I didn't intend to reinstall the program.) I requested a new key and had it 20 seconds later. Re-activated the program with the new key, restarted it, and all is good again.
However, I am left to wonder, how long will today's "unlimited" key continue to work, if the one from 6 months ago had already deactivated itself, leaving the program with an evaluation period which had timed out.

Very flexible, lets you do all sorts of diagrams and helps make them look professional. Many good drawing object templates are organized in useful categories. Doesn't have the programming capabilities of Visio (so you can't automate a drawing from Excel, for example, or create scripts to rescale objects or change other attributes under various conditions. For efficiently creating a diagram, very nice!

Curious if the installer file has been replaced by a preactivated one to combat the issues other users were having with activating the software?
I requested and received a license per the readme, but after I installed the software and went to input the license key, it indicated that it already had a license installed. I've never had this software installed before, nor do I own anything from this company. My only option is to Deactivate the already installed license. Strange...

This is an excellent application. I've been wanting to replace Visio for a long time and this is a great change. It seems easier to use and more intuitive than Visio or other drawing applications. The import of VSX file works really well.

This program, MyDraw, is a very good and well designed program for drawing all kinds of scientific and organizational charts. It is simple to use and intuitive. I give this program 5 stars! If you need charts of any kind, I suggest that you get this. I have had this installed for over 6 months and it is really, really good!

Installed and activated on WIndows 10 with no problems. Looks like the old Visio before Microsoft purchased it but with a more business oriented focus (e.g., lots of pre-programmed charts and graphs) but expect it to meet my needs for floor plans and posters.

You have to click on 'Blank Document' which brings up a full menu. Go to 'file', then 'About'. That should bring up a page where you either register or log on. After I completed the Registration process, it sent me an email that I had to click a link on, which went to my spam folder rather than inbox. When it was all over, it informed me that I was registered but don't remember actually pasting the key in. The newest msg on GOTD from company says they're having problems, I think companies sometimes get overwhelmed with new traffic with GOTD.
