You probably cannot understand the fact that something is very wrong with you: three times I installed your software after nowhere did the registration code appear. Anyway, and despite all your email messages and your responses on your Facebook page, I have not received any email from you and no installation code!

Downloaded succesfully and made the registration. Says: "succesfully registred".... Untill next day: Registration has gone! Registered once more:
"succesfully registred" untill next open of pc: Again, no registration.

Can someone from Engelmann or other please give an explanantion to this?
Have never before exprienced this with a programme.

Ridiculous! After installation I have send Engleman THREE (!) requests for registration licence but nothing arrived! A pure waste of time.

I cannot even start the setup...

Not even able to open the download page !. It displays 404 error and I still have 1 hour & 29 minutes left to download this . Any suggestions ?

For all Chrome users, there are free excellent addons to download videos in all resolutions. (Chrome will not allow youtube download though and for that, I am using the free 4K Video Downloader).
For myself, I will not download and install a trial version (even an extanded one year version) from this site.

Registration Key arrived almost instantly...very pleased

The serial number does NOT show up in the next pop-up as the readme.txt file says but gets sent to your email, in the spam file in my case. The first request box does not allow you to cut and paste your email address and the box to plug in the serial number requires you to paste it in 5 separate chunks.

Everyone complaining here has some real issues. You either have corrupt Windows installer files or an email service that won't accept emails from here or the programs websites. If this is the case, make a new email account with another service. It doesn't take but a couple minutes. I use Aol and received my email responses instantly. Program installed and serial works. Learn about your own system before you complain about the software. Sometimes it is on your end.

Downloaded and installed easily for me.It maybe that everything went so easy because, I've downloaded other stuff from Engelmann in the past and they already had my e-mail address. With that said, I spend the day with trying out Moviejack. I can safely say, this thing is as useless as, "Putting Mud Flaps on a Turtle"!!! This portal is not supported by this program is mostly I got. It did work with YouTube. That puts Moviejack in line with a thousand other YT down-loaders. IMO: JDownloader is the best of the lot. Allvasoft comes in second. Both work on a ton of websites, including those adult sites. JDownloader is free and Allvasoft is pay program. Allvasoft does show-up here on GOTD, so you can get it free. As always, thanks to GOTD. I'm headed over to Amazon to find some turtle mud flaps and deleting Moviejack!

There are many comments about programs installing this program but a lack of comments on using this program. Are people happy with the performance of this program? Does it download from most sites as claimed?

After numerous attempts I receive the serial number but the application requests a license key with nowhere that I can find to enter the serial number. Any suggestions?

Managed to download and get the serial number without any problems, only problem is when entered manually and copy/paste it says the registration is invalid. Tried several times but gave up.

Requested a license key by inputting my email address. The text became German. I think it says something to do with my email not being accepted. I tried several times and have now given up.

It's been hours. I submitted my email, was told a serial number would be coming, no number.

I've done it three times now.

I downloaded it and it will not let me run the setup. So i downloaded it again and the same problem the setup will not start. So much for trying.

Windows 10 64 bit. Setup.exe does nothing even after stopping the antivirus and running as administrator.

This program includes 1 year of updates for the program, but does not state whether it will continue working as is with the version you have when the update license expires. It installed fine for me on windows 10, but unable to connect to server to get the license when clicking the 'request free full version' link in the popup window so far, the server appears down. The program appears to choose the optimum quality based on whats available in HD or 4k instead of giving a selection of options. It supports music download, download from a playlist, and multiple downloads at once. Currently I use the free clipgrab that downloads very fast from youtube and various sites with a selection of quality, some conversion, multiple downloads, and will download the music to mp3. For more features I currently use either Allavsoft Video Download Converter which has the playlist, has a full converter for everything and even screen capture recording when it cant download or Ant Download Manager with a wide variety of features in both a free and paid version.

Downloaded, installed and registered OK but now what? I can already download YT vids. but I have no idea of where else to search. The program does not come with a list of candidates so not sure what use it will be.

I really like this. I have been impressed with other Engleman Software. This is very neat!

READ ALL - I liked the program last year when it was offered, but as stated there are several issues like forced sign-up, non-working issues, language issues, etc.

There are a few of these type of programs but they are now obsolete because of free online sites that do the same functions. (just search - you will find them).

Not trying to upset the offer's author, especially because I love the German people and usually things they make are awesome. BUT, just like the masked magician forced magic to a new level after revealing all common tricks... Engelmann you know yourself that you must take your software to a new level now...

You guys want feedback and this is the best way to help you by now giving you a reason to boost up your efforts. It will make you more successful if you use this info as a positive.

Features needed:

1) Capture video from ALL sites using ffmpeg like the screen capture programs use (It's open source).

2) Yes the quality is not HD (So, IMPROVE on the idea. Rebuild ffmpeg. Whatever it takes.

3) List 100's of sites and channels. And only have a FREE version. No paid version. Only fully free things stay around. (See FaceBook, YouTube)

4) Monetize other ways.

5) In the end, take it to another level or you'll fall behind.

The installation and registration process took place without any problems, but the program downloads videos at the minimum resolution of 640x360!

Guys, first thing I did was look for Giveawayfortheday's page on Facebook and like it. Then I clicked on the download button on this page and got a pop window asking me to write my email which I did. On the same pop there is a request for sharing the post on Facebook. I did both and got everything on the email, the links for downloading, and the license number. Good luck :)

First of all I got

in German
clicking on the USA flag within that box results in a message saying that the internet connection has a problem.
My connection was and is fine, traffic was passing to and from other things normally, Allowing the apps through windows firewall also did not help. Nor did running the installer (or the program once installed) as an administrator

After trying all of this, I tried leaving the language as german (I actually played with the toggle for a couple of minutes - actually this toggle is kinda broken too, as clicking it only once results in the page being half german half english but ended up leaving as german)
After entering the info with german language, I got an email with a confirmation link, although it is also in german.

Seems to me that there's a back-end problem with Engelmann's licence creation/registration services where having language set to English results in an inability to retreive a translation.


So, if you're having issues getting the serial with English, try setting the language to German and then click the link when it arrives.

I followed the rules and it installed BUT I can not get the serial number. First time it was in English then when the serial number did not appear it went to German and there was an English paragraph in that German Pop Up. I clicked both boxes and nothing. I tried again and again.. Nothing no serial number. I will try a couple more times then I am deleting it and would not recommend people installing this software

Can not get a license. I get a message in German saying that "No license keys can be issued at this time, please try again later". Do I need to un-install and wait for the issue to be fixed, then re-install in order to get prompted to request a license key?

Sorry to say it will not install on my machine. I have win 7 home and This computer has said that the file is not valid. I even turned all of my security systems of to see if that worked. Same answer file not valid it seems to me that this may be a buggy version. So it never installed so I have just trashed it and will stick to freemake video downloader premium.

Same issues as others - tried several times to enter email address to receive license key and still nothing. Registration form toggles from English to German, but still no key via email.

Installed perfectly on Win10 Pro using inbuilt antiviral and firewall with Binisoft frontend, registered and typed reg into required field, did update as advised, closed all instances down and restarted prog, all working perfectly.

Won't accept email address. Goes from English to German and back again and nothing else. Uninstalled.

I tried to get the serial number several times. Each time I tried, I get "Ihre Anfrage konnte nicht bearbeitet werden" which means (according to Google Translate) "Your request could not be processed" [Chromium browser on Windows 7 Pro]

Downloaded and installed and registered on Win 10 no problem. Tested by downloading YouTube vids nice 720 quality.

Windows 7 : It says it installed OK but the shortcut on the desktop does not work, and if I search my disk, there is no application to be found. It does not show up in the programs list either. I have tried to re-install, it says "repair", but still nothing.

Been over 30 minutes since download/install, still waiting on licence key email
