I downloaded & tried to install completely yesterday, but I had chemo to go to & I tried for over an hour before leaving to download an activation code (or get an email for it) to NO result...Is there a way I can still get the activation code & complete the installation I started within the parameters...Thank you...

Their support page says nothing. I had to follow the link to the (now dead) Amazon page for this software. Someone asked this question back in 2017 and here was the official answer at that time:

No, MovieJack doesn't support video platforms that require a paid subscription.

Bai ti Ganio, Check out AnyStream by RedFox software. I'm pretty sure it will download from Netflix, if you have a Netflix account.

Downloaded, installed and registered easily. Tried this on a random YouTube video and although it managed to download the video, it was very slow, but as it's free and works not going to complain too much. It works
