one can export chats in the whatsapp android app for free... and then bluetooth the exports over to a PC what does this do that is more than that, other than doing all chats at once.... what justifies enabling developer mode and USB debugging that can cause problems in *some* android applications if it's detected.

TK, thank you for your comment. Manual export only works one chat at a time and often loses attachments, while this tool lets you back up all chats & media in bulk to your PC — USB debugging is just a standard step so the software can access your data safely.

Mobikin Support Team, USB debugging is regarded as a hacking mechanism, to gain access to the phones normally protected data, by some developers that deal with DRM protected content and disable access to the online DRM protected content if USB debugging is detected as enabled. USB debugging is a standard way to access data on the phone that is normally protected from outside access, so is a hacking interface! Not "just a standard step so the software can access" just "your data safely" it allows access to far more than just ones own data... it is also used to root devices and do all sorts of other nefarious things too. Not all are safe to leave an Android device with USB Debugging enabled.
