yes it helped. Nice program, don't have a clue how to use a lot of the settings but I played a video I had made and uploaded for YouTube and it played well, audio I had no problem with my music background. I tried a couple avi files from my son's camera he had taken and there was a LOT of static and it was a piano recital. Not sure what settings to use to get rid of it, have to play with it or actually try and find some instructions. I'll keep it...and you CAN under view get the full screen mode. Not the best but not the worst player. cheers, kat

@35 Cephas

Strange, that you can't register to the Plus-verion.

I have tried to register again, after i delete the key
I use AVG Firewall and after i started License_Manager i got this :
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10366431/_GOTD/AVMediaPlayerMorpherPlus6019_20140420/PermissionAVG.png

After that in Register a new key was placed:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10366431/_GOTD/AVMediaPlayerMorpherPlus6019_20140420/RegeditInfo.png

Maybe for this moment:
* close all antivirus and firewall
* start License_Manager
* Apply your License key

Normally this should work
After that activate yous safety-programs or beter: restart Windows

Or Windows can not make contact to 173.236.41.147:443 with port 49378
Use "ping 173.236.41.147" at CMD(command prompt) to test that

I had error code is 22. i didn't see a solution that worked for me. I have a new ACER laptop, running latest Win8.1 service pack, and running mcafee antivirus that came with the laptop. I turned off the Firewall, and still no go. I have done all I can for tonight.

Really enjoy the effect stuffs, esp the video effects are so real and cool. It's a lil bit expensive though.
However, I would rate it good overall!

To prevent this software from morphing itself into a trial version (LOL), make sure to go to "Settings" and uncheck the "Updates" option. Then press both: the "Apply" and "OK" keys in order for your preference to take effect.

Cheers,

When you can't register and get the following message over-and-over:

‘Activation failed

Sorry, Cannot connect to server. Please contact us. Error code is 22′

Then uninstall all 6-7 components separately installed;

Be aware something called "AV Tube" remains on your computer with seven (7) separate registry entries. It has to be nuked specially.

Am using Win 8.1 with 8 gig of RAM, iTB Hard drive
Have downloaded and installed without hassle and also obtained the licence key. Entered Licence key into upgrade box and got the "Cannot connect to Server - Error Code 22" message other people have got. Went to the Firewall and added licence_manager.exe to the allowed apps, and tried again. Still got the error message.

Shut the laptop righ down, rebooted, tried again, still got error message. Please Help. Have saved licence key to a word document.

Apologies. The license code doesn't come in email. It comes right on the site where you register with email. So keeping it for awhile.

Downloaded fine, the "non-Plus" version worked well, but was useless for my simple purpose of giving better audio reception. So I signed in for license code...and waited. Nothing. Signed in again, used another email adddress. And after an hour, still nothing. Uninstalled the program.

Hmmm! What just happened! It's Free. Just download it and run it. One of few things in life that is free. I've been downloading here 4 6 yrs. Most still on computer/'s. Never got a Virus or anything else ever. Don't like it; uninstall it and move on, Done!. Have to try it-- Interesting, if not unusual?. So what. Do it. Sounds like fun. Vietnam, well, O. K.

Downloaded on Windows 8.1 machine with 1T hard drive, 4x2 core 2+Ghz Processor, 8GB DDR3 SDRAM.

Installation was slower than usual, but finished with success after about 5 minutes.

Registration Activation requires a visit to a website where you will need to provide your name and email address in order to receive the registration code.

I received my registration code without issue.

Opened AV Media Player Morpher software, then clicked the 'Help' tab, followed by the 'Upgrade to Plus...' option.

A new, small 'Activate PLUS version of AV Media Player Morpher' window opens and prompts you to 'Please enter your license key, then hit OK button'.

This is where I had a problem...

I entered the license key I received after providing my name and email, but I was unable to activate the software, as an additional small window opened and displayed the following error alert:

'Activation failed

Sorry, Cannot connect to server. Please contact us. Error code is 22'

_______

The interface looks like 2 IPads, or other similar tablets, placed side-by-side. It appears more like an old 'Windows Gadget' more than a powerful software program, though it is straightforward and easy to see where each feature is located and understand what each one does.

Seems like a decent piece of software to have in the arsenal, but what good is it unregistered?

It's a keeper if registered, but, regardless of anything else, it's definitely not a $200USD program.

AT C-Net, this software was given 3 1/2 stars by 400+ people. The reviews go back ten years. Most of the negatives were gripes about the crippled nature of the trialware version. That aside, one would assume that the current version is even better. Though it appears to be made for the younger generation, I may try it anyway.

I really had no use for this product. I am self taught at computers and when I seen the cost of this program and the problems people were having, I did as I always do and wanted to see if I could figure out what the main issue was that was causing these problems.

I too had issues, which I was able to resolve by closing all of my other programs, Especially All security type ones. Such as Firewall. Then Everything worked as intended. I really enjoyed the video No way out! Thanks for a GREAT program.

Looks like interesting software from an unusual place - Vietnam. I am troubled by the very high price ( nd therefore pugrade cost) of this software - even at 50% off for upgrades it is too much.
I have noticed some Asian and Russian companies with prices that are far too high, especially when compared to similar type software from other (North American and European) countries. Not sure if it is a cultural thing or what, but these extremely high prices are a red flag for me.

Neat little program for fun. Installed W7 U 64b OK, but had trouble figuring out where to put registration key; finally tried the update and there is was.

There are some odd things about this program but it is neat and does what it says. I have not tried all the formats, etc. But, I know I will enjoy making little non-sense videos and audios with this. The top price of $99 bucks I think is OK; it should be much cheaper. But, here today in my Easter basket for nothing it is great!

Happy Easter and God Bless all!

@6 Mark Edwards

For registration a program, called "license_manager.exe", needs access to the Internet.
Perhaps the firewall blocked the access to the Internet for this program.
Maybe you need to modify the rules of the firewall.

Cons

Requires downloading additional modules for full functionality.Possible false-positive in Karaokemodule.

Just uninstalled, distorting the sound is the main feature and my question is why go to all that, who has time and money to install useless programs like this, not me.
Why flip the video side ways or upside down is not something we have time to play with. My kids are into heavy games and educational software, I will never install something like this on their own computers.

Dudes...why 30% THUMBS UP only? Are you joking?

Looks to me a very good and extremely complex multimedia player program, with tons of video and audio rendering, editing and converting functions: supports 3D sound effect and 3D movie playback, not to mention that it's also a pretty good online Video Downloader.

70 THUMBS DOWN? Come on....

That being said, on their website there is a FREE version of this program (6.0.18 intead of 6.0.19):

http://www.audio4fun.com/player

They said "Fully featured", so I can't figure out why this GAOTD version costs a whopping 200 bucks.

What do you make of it?

The trial version annoyingly made itself my default video player .
The surround sound ? like all those effects, everywhere, just made it sound worse .
uninstalled .

System: Win 8.1/64 Installed OK after disabling Norton Antivirus SONAR for a few minutes, but also got "Sorry, cannot connect to server, error code is 22" and failure on attempt to upgrade. I double-checked for copy/paste errors (no extra spaces, etc) and the code was perfect, so... hope this gets fixed. Looks like a good program. It said "Please contact us" so hopefully there will be an answer.

First of - When the term "morph" or "morphing" feature is included in video (e.g. motion pictures), it means changing from one shape/image to another, through seamless transition) famous are the scenes in Terminator 2.
there are no relations between Morphing in video to what is called "morph" in this application which is only a distortion effect.

Secondly - in this day and age, there are many free (and very good) video players with limitless upgrade and update abilities (VLC, PotPlayer to name two) there is really no need to pay for a paid player.

MS Windows 7 HP 64bit. Loaded fine, registration worked first try.
Program works, but
Those videos from "Funny Space" that keep playing on the left pane, how do I turn them off? Really have no choice in the matter, bad decision by the makers. If it wasn't a giveaway today, I'd be even more ticked that there's no option to turn those off than I already am.
Also, program uses a lot of resources to morph, makes the main video playback choppy while morphing instead of adding the morphs and keeping the video playing smoothly.
If this was an editor, where morphs could be saved and the video output, it might be worth using. As it is now, it's just a toy.

Installed without any problems and on opening a usable but unusual interface.
Loaded an old home video and tried a few of the morphs on it; children will enjoy playing with the audio morphs, this one did, but the video morphs seem pointless.
When I saw the price I anticipated that this would be a complex music producing program, similar to Cakewalk.
It is not, is a simple program that modifies sound and video can also act as a downloader, not the BBC sadly, so I am totally lost as to why they are asking such a high price for it. I mean I can buy decent little tablet for this kind of price or use windows seven computer for a little more.
I will keep it because morphing the audio will amuse the grandchildren and because it's free.
In essence it is a nicely developed program selling for between 5 and 10 times the price it should be.

On XP, installed, and it crashed on automatically starting at end of setup. Got registration key incase that was the problem, restarted, and program crashed again before I got the chance to register the software.

I have no idea if it is any good, but I did notice an AV tube icon had also appeared on the desktop.

$199?! I thought i'd give it a try, surely it must be amazing to charge that much for a media player? I'll never know, it didn't work on my pc, and it isn't worth faffing about with it considering all the free alternatives.

Uninstalled

Installed and registered without problems on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system. Registered via eMail, code on their site. The provided key updates the software to the "plus" version.

It installs an AV Tube video downloader without asking, too.

On the Audio4fun homepage no hint about the company, but this is a Vietnamese company with address, phone&fax : http://www.avsoft.vn/index-en.php

For such a high price, I have high expectations...

A funny, non standard, non resizable interface opens. Some video plays from "Funny space" on the left half of the interface. Disturbing! On the right side, you can choose a file and a disk and the you have numerous options among:

"Video Morphs" and "Audio Morphs".

Ooops! I am fifty years too old for these jokes. You can "whirpool" rotate the video while playing or you can "earthquake" the video or "jalousie", while playing.

Of course you can simply change brightness and color, too. But the main focus is on "AV Media player morpher". It seems, that I have not the Vietnamese sense of humor. Why should I let the video turning around, while playing? And that for 200 bucks?

I admit, that I don't understand the software. Maybe someone will enlighten me.

Uninstalled via reboot. I prefer to watch my videos in the old fashioned manner.

Dear users,

we are deeply sorry for the situation with activation. Lots of registration attempts led to AVSoft's servers high loads. Good news is you can keep trying to unlock your copy (with the key you got during giveaway, of course) today, April 21.

Hope it will help.
