Tried here under W7 64U worked perfectly. Took a bit of time to load the library but once there, added a number of album cover art and did a few other minor fixes such as remove a dupe or two.
I can find no fault in its op.

Same issue as some other recent giveaways - program refuses to run installation on Windows 10 X64, even when trying as administrator with error
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

I have Win10-64. I installed and registered without a problem.
However the program gave me an "oops!" message when attempting to fix itunes.
It opened Itunes as part of its process...but asked me to close itunes and try again.
I tried again. It opened itunes then IT crashed (closed).
I tried again and got the oops message...slightly different...that it really couldn't find the music.
I uninstalled it.

installed on win 10, using itunes 12.2.1.16. It found and scanned the library ok, fixed a few things very quickly, including songs without artists and songs without album. some assigned artwork is just random nonsense (some classical pieces are identified as coming from the album 'christmas ringtones'; my own unpublished music is linked to groups with similar names), but it got the majority right very quickly -- clearing up the anomalies will be a breeze.

This might be a useful if it actually worked. Unfortunately, the program cannot access my iTunes database. All I get is 'Loading please wait' and eventually errors. It then crashes and leaves the iTunes scripting interface open. Running Win 7 64 bit with iTunes V12.2.2.25

Well given the description says could for everything I'd say that was a giveaway from the start Jon. Not breeding confidence this, so I'll take heed of the description and say I could download this and recommend it but _ _

same thing happened to me using win10 32bit. sad thing is I purchased this program a year and a half ago and the program didn't live up to its name. out of 3200 songs it found less than 200 duplicates when there were more than 700, but this new error is an all time low and I'm uninstalling this until it get corrected.

@ Jon, this is the setting problem(can't detect iTunes library ) of iTunes itself after the version 12.2, we are currently working on this issue to provide a better solution soon. Thanks!
