I contacted Leawo and was told you need iTunes version 12.9.2.6 for their program to work.

Doesn't work. Displays "Ready to convert..." endlessly at 0.0%. Apple must have upgraded their DRM.

Joe, I have the Thundersoft DRM converter from a few months ago. It still works with iTunes video. Has to be a Leawo problem.

Installed fine and activated on Windows 10. Can't convert a video though, just hangs at 0%.

I have a game on a DVD that is very scratched.
Please could you tell me if this program is able to transfer this game from my scratched DVD disc to my PC?

No. Game is an IMG file probably. These are for videos.

TK, Hi there, thank you so much for your response. Very much appreciated :)
I have tried cleaning the DVD with a special kit, it did not help.
The optical drive ( 6 months old) is a plug in as my tower did not come with this drive. Most towers these days do not seem to have an optical drive.
I seem to have run out of options :((
