Guess some are lucky - tried "install" 3 times.......appears to install for a minute or two...then the clinker, it comes up with "Itransfer component failure" half way thru a failure error....... funny part though it was supposedly still installing the first time and it suddenly "opened" then disappeared.........now it's gone forever..I'm done

No issue in downloading, installing and activation in Win10 Pro 64bit. However, my iPhone 6 just updated to iOS 10.2, so some functions are not working like under TV Shows: adding and deleting are not available for ios 10.2. Looks like it needs a rerun.

registration wasn't all that bad. yes, you have to go to their site and give them an email address and first and last name. all of that was easy to find and easy to do. then they send you the registration or give it to you right there.
it said: 'No Sync with iTunes.' as a 'key feature' on the gaotd website. wrong, as far as my experience. it wouldn't recognize my device. UNTIL i installed itunes.
i had a corrupted itunes on my computer.
once i reinstalled itunes, and had a working itunes, leawo recognized my device.
i have an ancient, ancient itunes, and yet leawo i transfer was okay with it. i've downloaded these types of programs before and the programs have corrupted itunes, or needed an older or newer version of itunes, so the fact that leawo recognized my device and didn't corrupt my ancient itunes, is a plus.
it said i can't add to or remove things from my iphone because i have an older ios, 9.3.1. that's fair. i need to update. i wish it would have told me which ios it needed.
so..if you don't want itunes on your computer, you may be out of luck, despite what they say.
i can see what is on my phone using leawo and that is what i like.
once i upgrade the ios, i'll see what else happens, but for sure this is a keeper for me.

I had the same problem before with Leawo iTransfer... difficult to register. With persistence, I eventually was able to register it, then it becomes unregistered after a few weeks. I was going to give it another try but after reading the comments today, I better not.

wow, the link isn't even being delivered to my email address. :( i've used the same email forever, and gaotd always gets delivered there. this time, nothing. and i can't redo it because it says 'a link has been sent to your email'. odd.

I get error during installation on Windows 10 Pro x64: The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program.
Tried to download multiple times and started with administrator access rights.
Any hints ?

I installed the program without incident, also on Win 10 Pro, 64 bit. Perhaps something IS mangling your setup file, but if you'd like to take hashes of the files on your end, you can compare to mine:

Goes through an install process it appears but nothing shows up on the machine. No email received from company either.

Convoluted way of getting key and extra emails sent to you.
I used 2 different throw away email accounts to get it.
Install stalls trying to add apple installer... says retry or install iTunes...of course retry does not work...program runs and registers ok but does not see device...
not keen on putting iTunes on my rig...ah well ...good idea at the time.
