Product description says, "Leawo iTransfer supports the latest iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod), iOS and iTunes" but compatible list doesn't include anything past an iPhone XR.

Okay found it. If you follow the link to the April Fools offer which is at the very bottom of the Quick Start Guide then give your first_name last_name and email and click GetItNow then up came a page with registration details. Entered this after installing the software and it accepted it as registered.
I had already entered my names and email in the April Fools offer after going the the link in the readme.txt file from the .zip download and it simply said Offer Expired (or similar).
So maybe there are two similar looking April Fools 2025 offer pages.

According to an email from Leawo, iTransfer is not compatible with iOS 17 and higher. I had this and it wouldn't work with iOS 18.3.2, so I emailed them and that's the reply I got... they will be updating the app soon
