Cannot install. I did follow the instructions in the Readme.txt. I ran the Setup.exe, it didn't install the LeaderTask but instead installed the Software Informer. OK, I thought, if this is the way... Through the Software Informer, I could see the GOTD LeaderTask install option, OK again download, again run the Setup.exe, and back to the beginning. The Setup.exe effectively runs a GOTD approval thingy, and then an acknowledge window (where I initially accepted the installation of the Software Informer), I closed it and again opens a web browser window with the GOTD thank you yada yada yada. In between, NONE installation of the LeaderTask is done.
You guys kinda missing something? :-/

OK, no solution. I even tried by downloading the installer right from the Almeza's website, installed, ran the GOTD Setup.exe, didn't work. Uninstalling. Sad cause I've used this program in the past and it's a keeper. However, I don't see any input on behalf of Almeza, GOTD, or anybody else.

The program installs into the Documents folder. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it hoping to be able to change the install location, but was unable to change it to the Program Files (x86), which is the default for 32 bit programs, (which I am assuming it is as there is only one downloadable install available). Why have you installed into this folder? You should be able to change the destination folder when installing it.
The Documents folder isn't OS protected.

Steve Edmeades, You can try to move the folders from Document to Program Files (x86) using explorer.
Also you have to alter the short cuts to the program.
If you are lucky the program will start.
BUT there is a change that it will not work. Maybe the program writes to a file in the program-folder and that can be forbidden by Windows.
And other person, using that PC with others account can start the program and see the content.
The folder Document is private.
Just test it.

Please help me to fix this.

Rod Harrington , did you use the program with a an old account?
Or did you made a new account today?

Ootje, I used it with an old account.

Rod Harrington, I also did a test with an old account from sept 2017:
https://www.giveawayoftheday.com/leadertask-daily-planner/
and that old account should be ended in 2018, sept
So try to acquire a new account, so you can use the program for a full year.

I installed LeaderTask and it installed fine. I clicked on the update and the program has now disappeared -- icons removed, etc. What's going on?

I get 100 Percent of ALL FEATURES for 1 Year for 1 User when installed on a Windows XP/ Vista/ 7/ 8/ 8.1/ 10 (x32/x64) Computer
BUT - according to the blurb above, if I use this program on a SmartPhone or Tablet it includes Lifetime App Updates.
Something doesn't sound quite right about that statement which I've Re-Quoted here:
Please note: the license is provided for 1 user for 1 year (100% of features are available). One person can use the app on any number of devices (Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone, iPad)! Free lifetime app updates as well as commercial usage is included!

Sorry, having features like a cloud, print out etc. only for one year makes such a program for me useless. As a lifetime it could be an alternative to MS Outlook calendar

Hello, how can the following 2 sentences be true the same time for this app?
1) the license is provided for 1 user for 1 year
2) Free lifetime app updates as well as commercial usage is included

teo, have a look here https://en.leadertask.com/leadertask/compare
You get the same as the non-free edition for $ 59.90, including updates within that time period and commercial usage. After 1 year, it will convert back to the free edition. If you already grabbed this in a earlier promo (9/17), the existing account you may have used back then can't be used in this promo to extent the license, means, you would have to create a new account for this to get the full year again.

kui_, i just made a small test with the backup feature for the database after the 1 year period i had from the last promo, only to verify it again and it is the easiest paid feature to use in this scenario since it's there in the paid and missing in the free or expired paid version. https://i.imgur.com/lNpCn93.png
Hope it helps.
