It has to do with equal pricing. Wether it is expressed in dollars or euros or british pounds, the price paid should reflect equal value. No VAT and no shipping, so there's no reason other than location as to why someone has to pay 61.67 USD (49.99 EUR) when in Europe and 49.99 USD when in the USA.

I would like to see a scheduler feature included. That way you can chose the time for the newsletters to be sent when you are using less resources. Also this would be great for newsletters that are sent by subscription for a fixed time, ie recap's of Monday night's game, or the picks of the week.

I dunno what you guys were sayin talking aboutm, but it installing ok and worket fine. I thik you are many paranoid. Is ok for me. Thk you GODt. Glad you put up it hre.

I have installed the update and it seems to keeps the functionality of the previous version.

Window too small to comfortably use and can not be re-sized except to maximize, which for me is too big.

Concerning AudioGrail 7.0.3 : As long as GAOTD licence was entered while it was distributed, simply install v7.0.3 over your existing version and it will automatically work with full features. If it does not, please contact me.

Win Xp SP 3 .

Installed and registered ok, though I cannot find the ,exe file in the folder I installed it into, the desktop short cut somehow does and opens the prog .

It always amazes me how vendors expect you to know how to operate the prog before you have even operated it and fail to provide the instal with a crystal ball.

The blurb says it can do all these wonderful things , but how ?

I could not see a help file , and their website is even worse.

I am sure it is very simple once you know how ! But as I have never used one before I dont! Which email accounts will it work with and how do i find the right settings to use? I doubt it will work with hotmail and even if it did as soon as you send a mass mailing they block your account.

The very least they could do is put a newbies video on their website explaining every step of the way how to set it up and how to use all the features claimed at the top of GAOTD page!

Tried the install on Win7 64 bit and it failed with "Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit cocde 0x5." The file was c:\Windows\system32\TRIEDIT.DLL.

I extracted the setup program and tried running it as Administrator but still got the error.

While not necessarily the authors fault, I don't feel like playing with Win7 to try to solve the problem.

What is there to blame? Both the Euro and the GBP are worth more than the USD, hence the gap. Why would everything have to be based on USD when GOTD is used by people around the world? Shocking reminder: there is a world outside of the USA.

You can not send that to google.com e-mail account(s).
You need web server capable of FTP and PHP protocols, google and most other web servers will block you out.

Checked both in their running software and on their website, but cannot find any help or tutorial for this product. It needs it. If anyone out there knows where to find either one, please post a comment here with where to find that information. Thanks.

Since KC is calling the Audiograil 7.0.3 update as the LITE version, I have to ask does it still have all the features that the version 7.0 from the Aug. 11 giveaway had or has it been "lightened" by removing some of them or does it simply represent another option to their previous offerings by giving the GOTD version a different name? Also, how long will the link to this update be available for us to grab the new LITE version? "Inquiring minds want to know" before irreversibly updating.

Anybody else having trouble getting the audiograil update to automatically update the free license? How do I do it if this is not happening?

Also, Giovanni says today's GOTD offer is good, and I tend to trust him :) Should I install this on my windows 7 laptop or not? I'm kinda scared after my troubles with the time one the other day.

I'm passing as I've got no use for it. I've never used mass-mailers so I can't really evaluate this program.
But I do have an observation to share:

Obviously these are not going to be positive guesses. I mean price differences based on location or nationality? I don't buy that without really good arguments.
I've used their SUMo program before and with much pleasure. Really solid program. So I give KC Software the benefit of the doubt on this one. But KC Software isn't the only company suffering this problem and it's imho one of the reasons why Open Source generally has such a good reputation, not because it's free but because it doesn't have a 'hidden agenda' (see, another negative guess...). So if they care about a good solid rep then they should fix this ASAP.

K-ML says: "Automatically fetch new subscribing / unsubscribing (requires a FTP access to a PHP enabled Web server)."

People, they already have PHP server attached as back door communication 24/7 with your computer and can harvest everything in your e-mail dbase.
Also, I believe that they have the ability built in to monitor your online activities. I noticed this when I investigated the background communication pockets sent out while this software is running.

Uninstalled immediately.

@ K-ML developer. Exception made for kml.exe in windows firewall (only one active at this moment) . Didn't help.

I sure hope this doesn't turnout like yesterday's fiasco. Never could get it to register. Now this: seems like the comments are 3 to 1 about problems installers are having with the program.

I'll wait and see before I hassel with trying to make it work.

Don't try any of this company's freeware products. They come with a ton of malware and garbageware they try to get you to install, they do not let you deselect all the malwate and they also install malware that are not even shown in their lists of garbageware and malware they want to install The one I tried-iDPhoto-crashed my computer, denied me access to make changes to msconfig, hijacked my browser homepage and search engine preference and did a totally hidden installation of relevant knowledge malware, as well as installing Babylon and some other unknown exe processes. When I tried to open system restore, the pc froze. This is windows7pc btw.

It took me numerous reboots into safe mode and ccleaner, revo uninstaller, trend micro housecall and a few other tools to finally get my pc (I hope!) clean again.

I now have lists of email addresses in 'Groups' in Outlook Express Address Book .
1. Can they be imported into K-ML?
2. Can email addresses be imported from Outlook Express Address Book or from a list by copy-paste, or do they have to be individually typed into K-ML?

3. Perhaps a few words of explanation about the "Partner software" during installation will help to understand what it means, and calm down people's suspicions.

You should run a FREE virtual machine on that Win 7...

Both Microsoft & Oracle offer them... that way if you have a problem.. you can kill the virtual box & no risk to the host system. also you can backup the client easily. great for testing software.

Not bad. Installed correctly, registered fine.
Ran it though its paces with a dummy mailing list and worked as advertised on the box.
A bit buggy in the confirmation routines, but the web page interface and the mailings worked great.
Just my 2 cents worth.

An other excellent tool today especially suitable for webmarketers and webmasters, exactly as yesterday.

I thought I would give it a try and started the installation program just to get hit with the 'Blue Screen of death' First time ever on this laptop..coincidence? I think not!
Rebooted and uninstalled the files which were added, scanned for errors and now all seems well. Will not be trying to install again.
Next time I think I will wait toward the end of the 24hr giveaway and read all reviews before trying out any other 'free' products. Being fair I have never had any other serious problems with GOTD products but it has certainly put me off any other KC products. (running Win 7 prem)

I had 2 problems!
1) I used the registration number in the download. K-ML responds "Invalid Serial Number" How are we supposed to use the program?
2) The features listed above for this "giveaway" say "unlimited number of subscribers, unlimited number of mailing lists." When I tried to install the installation window said "This demonstration version has the following limitation: No more than 30 emails per session. To get rid of this limitation, please buy K-ML." The price listed is 49.99 Euro. How in the world are we supposed to come up with Euros in the U.S. and this is a "giveaway!" WHAT IS THE REAL TRUTH???

I look forward to an early response on both issues.

My mistake : This EULA is common with other products which are bundle with sponsors but this one is NOT.

Easy install, thanks GOTD, this program is something that I've really been needing. Everything looks good, I like the options to use a mailing list or enter the addresses manually. Seems like it will be very useful.
