Key worked for me. Amazon Prime restricted to 720 and does not allow 1080p without a bigger license.

Amazon Prime Download gets stuck at 30% and says "Download failed" . Repeat results in the same error.

I installed this software with no problem, however Keeprix rejects the given license key supplied to my email address. I tried to contact Keeprix via messaging with no luck. The hot lines do not seem to work. I am using the same browser as they suggest below. Any help would be direction in solving this would be nice.

I had the same issue as Paul and used my VPN to get around it. I have an issue with GOTD because my niormal email addresses stopped working and they have not yet been able to fix the issue so I'm using a 3rd address. Supposedly they have some king of lockout system that they have an issue with. I was finally able to install this product but not yet tested. You can modify the installation directory but can NOT just over type it. You must use the selection panel which does not carry forward the product name so you must manually create it then select it for the install. Not sure why anyone would do that. I do not allow any user software on my PRIMARY "C" drive. I will post back when I get a chance to test this.

Tried a number of YouTube videos but each one had the same result, fail.
There is a long period of waiting for the video to be processed before receiving an error that implies that you might not have an internet connection.
But the video inside the mock up browser plays perfectly, so no internet issues.
The settings are also sparse, where you have to choose a default output format and not any option to determine on the fly.

I installed fine but then, when I chose to download "Play Dirty" from Amazon Prime, the highest resolution that I was offered was a small 800p not the 4k that this software promised. A screenshot showing that is at https://i.vgy.me/u2Ai6G.png
