I don't use cleaners as a rule, but KCleaner is the one exception I keep on all of our Windows devices. I'd give it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars if I could rate it here. Most stuff in Windows can be cleaned up manually, which is what I normally do, but sometimes things like browser caches break, & all you can do is totally remove the browser & reinstall, or you can use KCleaner, which is the only one AFAIK that can fix that stuff, emptying those caches so the browser works again. And of course it's good for all those other cleaning chores if you don't feel like doing it yourself.
