I think your efforts with iPhone tools are a one-way ticket without ever being able to reach the goal. Anyway, thank you for making them....
I recommend you to stay with your RECORDING and CUTTING-Software instead and invest your energy in optimizing those programs. Your screen recording software is very ambitionated and one of the best I know! (suggestion: improve hardware acceleration-support, it drains too much CPU-power). Also your Video Cutter is very nice and much better than all the rest!!! (suggestion: Try to make it frame-accurate).

The problem with all those tools (they are a "bypass" only):
0. you need a fitting operating system version, newer versions might have fixed the leaks that this kind of software uses
1. you need to jailbreak your device first (very risky and complicated, imho)
2. after applying the "trick" you can not use the mobile-part of your device
3. after turning off the device it might be in the same mode than before 2.
4. updates, cloud services etc. are no longer possible
My personal verdict: for me much too much problems, better get an unlocked device instead

Apple will lock your phone again as soon as the phone sees Apple, or Apple sees your phone.
1 - no, it does not work.
2 - at best, it puts the phone in a temporary non-cell-connecting WiFi-only state so you can browse the web, play games, take pictures, but never turn it off, or it will return to 'enter your cloud account name and password' startup configuration.
3 - at worst it will brick your phone.
It tries to build a USB-boot drive with jailbreaking software to access your phone, it's Mac-only software, a kludge to have Windows put it on a flash drive and reboot on a PC, and it requires matching iOS versions or it will definitely crash-and-brick even at the first steps.
Apple wins, buy an Android, even a cheap used Android, though new ones start ~$50.
