Every day we offer FREE licensed software you’d have to buy otherwise.
Jet Screenshot Home 3.1 was available as a giveaway on June 16, 2025!
Jet Screenshot is a screen capture service enabling you to share screenshots online in seconds. Take a screenshot, edit and send it to the web, and immediately provide anyone with a link to the image. It is a perfect solution for specialists working remotely: programmers, designers, QA testers, bloggers, technical assistance specialists, sales managers etc.
Jet Screenshot helps make online communication easier by using images and it does it in a quick and convenient manner. You press PrintScr and select the screen area that you want to show to the other party. Add visual markers and click "Share in Web". Jet Screenshot turns the image into a URL that is automatically copied to the clipboard. All you need to do now is to press Ctrl+V to send the URL to the person you are chatting or exchanging emails with. Jet Screenshot does not require any third-party tools on either end of the line. The other person just has to click the link you sent them.

A freeware add-on for Windows lets you mark folders with color-coded icons to make a search for important information a "one-glance" affair.
FileMarker.NET is a tool similar to Folder Marker, but it works with files. It allows users to color-code files in Windows like in Mac and considerably simplify file management with the help of additional icons to display status, priority, completeness and type of data in a file. Find files faster, separate your files from your co-workers' files, show document progress right on the file icon, set clearly visible priorities - it's all possible with FileMarker.NET with just 2 mouse clicks!
Create personalized folder icons with a 3-easy-step approach: choose a template, color it, and select the overlay image. The program sculpts an icon that you can save as an ICO file, which you can then use for folder customization.
A set of 7 beautiful colored folders, specially made for color blind people. Having color-coded folders makes it much easier to find the needed one and you don't waste your time at unnecessary search. 100% free.
Whether it is possible to change an icon for one specific file? Yes, you can change file icon in Windows 11 in 2 clicks.
I recommed ShareX as software to screenshots... more powerfull and a lot of functions

ShaGan, for others interest open source ShareX portable download is a mixture of 32bit and 64bit executables and by default requires .NET 4.8 I have tweaked the file ShareX.exe.config to request .NET 4.6.2 and the main UI loads up under 32bit Vista then... but certain features like exif editing, movie capture and OCR require either 64bit or Windows 10

This communication especially with plain text passwords *should* be https SSL/TLS1.2 or better encryption. NEVER use this software on an open WiFi network or a an internet cafe as anyone else monitoring it could sniff your account credentials and re-use them.

What if your keyboard does NOT have a PrintScr button?
Save | Cancel
Sam M, there are 3rd party utilities, free and paid, that can re-map keys. Plus you can redefine the hotkeys which is essential as windows 10 snipping tool already captures PrntScr key so the program will not be able to capture that hotkey on most systems.

I'd just like to confirm where the pics are hosted? And then-
How long are they hosted for?
Are they used in any other way? (Licensing, ads, copyright, etc. Does Arcline use the pics in any way?)

Just to add on to my comment, for others:
If you look at the pics, there are standard output options- clipboard, file. Not sure why they're emphasizing the web aspect, but there you are.

J, I think sharing on the web is a big plus for this software and sets it apart from other screen capture s/w that don't offer this service.

J, I believe some of your questions are answered on the Screenshot & Pricing pages of the company's site. When you take a screenshot you have your choice of saving to file, the clipboard, to an ftp site [yours or theirs], or sharing via their service. With their Home plan pictures are stored for 6 months at my.jetscreenshot.com. As far as who gets to use your pictures, realistically, with the current state of AI scraping, it's probably safe to figure everyone with web access.

J, according to their (very dated) site, screenshots will be hosted on my.jetscreenshot.com . This info can be found on the screenshot page:
The Share in Web option uploads images to the image hosting server at my.jetScreenshot.com. As an unregistered user, you are only able to use this server in the demo mode and store images only for 24 hours. However registering a FREE account on the server removes these limitations.

J, oops I was wrong, they supply an expiring web service with different expiration rates dependant on license type... see page https://jetscreenshot.com/pricing.php . I'd imagine there must be some privacy policy and Ts & Cs one gets to read when one creates the account and activates the license IF you read it... If you have your own web-account elsewhere you can probably configure FTP uploads to it and use the space in forums and comments sections like here for instance like whiterabbit aka stephen used to do as games giveaway site moderator once upon a time.
