Alexa, Thanks for reply, but my problem is the software won't open stating "ERROR not compatable with Mac OS High Sierra" and I'm running latest OS Mojave. So, why is it not "compatable" I can't even open it to register.

Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I entered my email address several times(different ones), it always end up with one same Serial Number: 53ad278424fa039d62e033beaf7e4df5db3d1e35!!! and this one fails to activate all the time. ( MacOS)

Activation works fine.
The instructions in the "Readme.txt" file could be clearer. It says "Replace #email# to your own real email address in the end of the link."
What it SHOULD say is: "Copy the link below. After the part where it says 'email=', remove the sample email address, and type your own email address. Then go to that URL in your browser."

Replace "support @ ondesoft.com" with whatever the email address is, leave everything else alone.

Place the whole line in browser and it 'should' come up with a new browser page with your serial.

Worked fine for me.

GarFra, thanks. But where do I enter the serial number in the opened application. If I go to the info button, it says “unregistered”.

Steve Hanges, If you are running the program there should be a box and one of them will say activate, paste the serial you have been given in there.

After trying all of the methods suggested, I gave up, only to discover that the trial version had been loaded onto my Windows PC. This is supposed to be a site where s/w is given away. What can I do to change my trial version to GOTD version?

Blue, To activate your free copy copy the link below into your browser (depending on your OS). Replace #email# to your own real email address in the end of the link.

Registration information will be displayed on the same page.

To activate the product press 'Activate' in the pop-up window, enter activation code you received, press 'Unlock'. Restart the program.

Activation worked fine when I used the address provided but substituting my email address for the "#email#" characters at the end of the line.
Converted a 5GB movie I purchased on iTunes. I can now watch the move on my TV. THANKS!

Installed & registered, but on trying to open get "ERROR It isn't compatible with macOS High Sierra temporarily" but I'm running Mac OS Mojave ?????

Web address provided with download to request activation code does not work. An error message indicates an expected email name was not provided. You cannot activate the software without this code, so at this point the download is useless. This is true for both the Windows and Mac versions.

Alexa, I tried entering the link with my own email address and that did not work, and then I tried to access the link you provide above and the error I got was that the link was down.

Stephen Hanges, You're right. I clicked on the 'continue' box and go a single line with this:
