Installed but can't connect Samsung S21 ultra One UI version 4.1 Android version 12, this manager detects my phone but won't connect it. Not a good start and I really don't have the time to email support for assistance, unsure why it won't just work.

Ensure USB Debugging is enabled: Go to Settings > Developer Options and make sure "USB Debugging" is turned on. After you enable USB debugging and connect your phone to your PC, please go to Settings->Developer options->Select USB connection method, select RNDIS(USB Ethernet), and then try our program again, if the RNDIS(USB Ethernet) option doesn't work, you can also try "Audio source" or MIDI.
