It seems that what's worth $497 is the stock footage library.
Is it available?

The bug where images could not be imported from the library has now been resolved. Everything works fine now. To use the editor, simply visit imagejac.com and click on the "Image Editor" Link. If you are already logged in, the editor should open in your browser.

You can search the image library for photos to edit by clicking on the menu File> Search Image Library.

$497.00 for what seems a basic online editor. All stock images are already free on pixabay as others have pointed out, so this should be priced more like $5 - $10 (considering how many free or cheap image editors are already available).

There's Irfanview (free - https://www.irfanview.com/ )

There's paint.net (free - https://www.getpaint.net/ )

There's GIMP (free - https://www.gimp.org/ )

and a whole host of other free or cheap alternatives at https://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/sortname/graphic_organizing.html .

Or if you need a browser based editing solution, could always try https://pixlr.com/x/ - which is limited but might do for you. And there are a few other online solutions I could list, but I don't tend to use them as I prefer editing offline - just google them.

So thanks, but at the price this isn't attractive - maybe if it included millions (or even thousands) of stock images that weren't freely available it might justify the price.

$497 for an online editor?! Ridiculous! There are soooooooooo many FREE online editors that will beat this one hands down. Some are almost as good as Photoshop, like www.photopea[.]com which can be used for free or premium at $40/yr. Even Lunapic[.]com does just as good with its editing tools. Sure, it doesn't use an API slurping images from another website, but it has lots of features. Gotta give this offer a thumbs down.

Absolute junk, can't load any images (only copy/paste thumbnails). Then when you want to actually edit you just get excuses why you can't perform the task (ex: must convert to raster to use this tool, the entire image is already a raster?).

Wayne, We have identified a temporary issue in Imagejac.com Online Image editor in which Images from the library can not be loaded into the editor. Our online image editor integrates with the Pixabay.com API to search and import over 1.7 Million images directly into the editor for customization.
It appears, Pixabay recently changed their API, thereby breaking the integration. We have pinpointed the issue and our developer is currently working on resolving it right now. Meanwhile, as a temporary workaround, you can still access and download all images directly from the Pixabay.com website and then open, or drag and drop your image into the online editor for editing. All other features work just fine. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

Hope they get it working within our lifetimes!

Too many other, and better, editors are out there for much less price then 'normally' charged. Affinity Photo at $50 and Gimp for $0 are but two.

The good news:
• Registration and access went smoothly
• Editor can be used in all major browsers
• The image selection is very good

Um, that's about it.

The bad news:
You cannot retrieve any of the selected images from the database by clicking on them! The error message suggests trying copy and paste instead.

That works BUT all you get is the low resolution thumbnail image not the full version! You can edit that image OK, even resize it, but it's so grainy it's unusable.
For $497/yr? Really?

I'll stick with Pexels and unsplash. Used Edge, accessed program quickly - but you cannot load any of their images. You can load your own, I did an image search for "Car" and "Piano" and both times it loaded results, but not as many as you'd expect, and you cannot select or copy/paste, there is no way to access the images. The program itself seems rather simplistic. It would be nice to have a peek at their library, but you HAVE to have a search term, and you can't access the results. BOO.

Is this a year license (as "price" suggests) or really a lifetime one, as it is written in sw description?
Does the license really include the access to the "millions of stock images" (as description states)?
And can we use them for commercial purposes (e.g. on a web page)?
If answer on all those questions is "yes" (or at least on the first two), it is really an interesting program for me, worth to install and keep...
Thnx

As somebody who does a lot of graphic editing as a hobby I was intrigued at the prospect of this one, so signed up. After completing the registration (which worryingly attempted to ask my phone number) I finally got to the editor and worked out how to access the free library of images, but none of them would load into the editor, suggesting I copy and paste - which only results in the thumbnail image.

However, all the images appear to be on the free Pixabay database, at least all those I checked, so anybody using a standalone image editor, such as Photoshop or the free and excellent Gimp, Krita, Sketchbook etc, would be better served simply going to Pixabay for their images.

How they are justifying nearly $500 for what appears a basic online editor and access to what was free content anyway is a mystery.

I hope you’re having a great day so far. As you may already know, at Mypancho.com, our mission is to provide our customers with only the best and highest quality services. So I have looked into the issue and it seems to be related to the server running out of memory due to the sudden large number of users and visitors accessing the app all at the same time and instance. We have now resolved this by increasing the memory available on the server. Please go ahead and try again. You should be good to go.

That being said, my number one priority is the ease of use and satisfaction of my customers while accessing our imagejac.com service.
I will continue to strive to remain an industry leader and will take preventative measures to make sure that my websites and video platforms remain the best.

Uchenna James Okeke, You might want to upgrade your memory again. I downloaded the software just now, registered, and did a search on three different images. All of this was done after you announced your fixed. I am getting, "Sorry, image could not be loaded. Please try copy and paste it." I did try the copy/paste and it loads what is likely a tiny thumbnail which appears on my screen as a small tiny box and is unreadable. For a program costing $497 using a free image database, I would be really upset if I could not get to images to load with a paid subscription.

I also was able to get in to the image editor but can't open any of the stock images. This might be a temporary situation related to the database error other people are reporting (I saw it once but then got in on another try). At any rate the image editor is at least functional though it seems to have some features not working quite right - attempting to paste from the edit menu results in an error message that says "use ctrl+v to paste from clipboard".
