Followed installation to the letter, ran the software, and everytime i try to open ANY image, no matter what method I use, the whole program becomes 'Not Responding and locks up, which I then have to force closed using Task Manager.NOT GOOD!

I couldn't get the software to install, I tried several times and kept getting path not found errors

Awkward, 1980s-style interface and very limited functionality. There are many alternatives.

So unlikely, not as if iphones and their custom formats are popular LOL
