I downloaded iClone 5.51 on March 31st successfully, but never have been able to get Reallusion to even activate my email account with them. No activated email account means no serial number to use the program. After numerous attempts to activate it over the last 3 days, there has been no response from activate@reallusion.com today either.
It's not likely that I'll ever consider buying anything from them if it's that difficult and unreliable.

Update: Whatever the reason my attempts failed, Support at Reallusion manually enabled the account the next day. Then when I logged in using the original link provided by GOTD, a working serial number was still there along with download links to additional resources.
My thanks to this website and Reallusion for a very impressive and interesting program!

Installed and, after a couple of head-scratchings on the web pages, it was registered on a Windows 10 laptop with 4K-type resolution display. I also downloaded and installed the several other supplemental packages to enhance iClone with extras.
Thanks for this chance to try it out -- it will take me some time!
It launches fine; however, like only a couple of other software titles, it displays as a super-small, unscaled window with VERY tiny text font. My display is set to the recommended 250% scaling which works for other legacy-era titles. Is there anything recommended to correct this?

When try to Install on Windows 10 (64bit) i got the message:
"iClone v5.51 Standard only Supports Windows XP SP2 and up,
pls update your Windows to the latest Services Pack" XD
And I did not receive a serial number.

I have waited a ridiculously long time for my activation email. It just now finally arrived and I went throught the activation process at the iClone 5 website and there is NO serial number listed anywhere. When I click on My Account on the website, the only thing that shows is "no data". What gives with this AWFUL registration procedure? It makes one lose faith in the actual program being worth anything when they can't even get this simple process finalized for a customer/client.

I already have an account with Reallusion and did get a serial number. However, when I entered it a box popped up stating it was expired and the setup was terminated. The last time this was offered I had a similar problem and was never able to install. So, I guess I will have to pass again on this product. I had purchased previous versions up to and including v4 Pro. Wanted to give this a whirl and see if I wanted to return to iClone. I believe I am now reminded why I left iClone...

Following the directions in the downloaded Readme.txt file, I followed the link listed within to request a serial number. Selected to create Reallusion login account as Step 1.
I have not received activation email, and I did check my Spam/Junk folder. Two hours later on same webpage, requested activation email to be resent. Still I have not received in one more hour. Webpage suggests waiting 6 hours, but I don't have that time with GOTD time frame. So cannot complete account creation as Step 2.
Going to email, as suggested, activate@reallusion.com this same text as posting here.
Any other suggestions?

I've registered an account, received the registration code and downloaded the software/. During installation I input my details and the registration code you sent to me, but it then says the code has already been used and the installation will terminate.
Tried the same thing 4 times now, same result each time.

I created an account, received my 'unique' serial number. Inputting that number during installation throws up a 'This serial number has been expired. It is no longer valid.. Contact Reallusion. Setup will be terminated."

Looks like an interesting program but I do have one question about, "but it will be free for our visitors as a time-limited offer."
"Time-limited offer" seems to mean that after a limited amount of time the program doesn't work in some way. Obviously the download is free until the next program is given away.
From some of the comments it might take more time to figure out how to use the program than the time you have to use it. 466 Mb is going to take a good bit of time to even download.
So the question is, does this program not work after some amount of time?

OK so I downloaded the program etc. The readme text file says to click on a link to the iClone site to become a member to get the serial number to activate the free program. After I get to the member sign up page the next hurdle is to click the link to go to the sign up page.
The signup page for the last few hours on my computer is a beautiful WHITE page with nothing on it! Hmmm. No serial number, no sense in installing the 466 Mb software.
The video on the iCloud website showing how to get an animated caricature of a monkey to push a cart around does show the program can produce some nice results ..... but no S/N.

This program really looks interesting; but what's going on with the download??? (1) it continally sent me to Facebook - which is not as it once was so I have no intention of re-opening an account;
(2) when finally I escaped the Facebook page - after dozens attempts, the download button refused to operate, but did finally send an e-mail to me which states nothing - no license # to insert if there were a download link.

For those having probs finding their serial number. Sign up to their site. Get the email, click on it and you are registered. Log out. Go back into the same URL from the 'readme' that you used the first time. This time it will give you a different screen once you login and you can easily get your serial number. :) Took me half of forever trying to figure it out. Only worked after I closed down the window by mistake and when I went back in again ... there it was. *sigh* Wish they would have made that MUCH clearer to all of us!

Dan, I have installed program but when I try to get serial number it keeps saying its not valid when I try to change the password I get a link but as soon as I try to use the link it says 'This link has expired, please link Forget Password to apply' which I have tried to do 8 times now in different ways but nothing is working. am going to give up very soon as it is getting very late and it looks like I will miss this opportunity because I cann ot come back to use my computer until tomorrow afternoon and the offer will be expired. this has been a frustrating waste of my time Mike Reynolds

well, this is an interesting program: my recommendations for improvement would be the following:
1.) needs to be for intuitive, the various tabs do not suggest a sequence for processing and sequencing developments
2.) 3d exchange should be incorporated into this program as one application
3.) for development of buildings, a vrml object based approach might enhance its ability for scene sets
4.) import photos for images
where is the import button for anything?
