chris,
from the registration site:
"As Hotmail may refuse our license email, please try to use other email address."
I've changed from hotmail to gmail.com and got the key within one minute.

Pros: It does enhance the quality of colored, especially of recent pictures - surprisingly to a great extent.
Cons: It takes enough time to load ane then convert - Enough to make some people loose their patience.
It does not work on old images - color or black & white. In fact, it makes low-Q B&W images worse!

Win 10 Home, fully updated
Downloaded the program, installed it and registered it without any problem.
On the first run I tried an included sample image with reasonable result but when I tried my image several times with different settings (Including the TTA mode) all I could get was a blank black image. I'm sure I followed the instructions to the letter but still no enhanced image.
I think the developer of this program should research and develop it more, as I really liked the idea of enhancing pictures.
My thanks in advance

Can this make legible the license plate numbers in a photo of a speeding car taken with a handheld phone camera from 100m away? 500m?
(I.E., forensics lab capabilities as featured in TV crime shows: "Enhance! Zoom and enhance further!") ;-)
I miss the links to his very useful image examples that "Ootje" used to share on these pages; but sadly, he's not been seen here since May 2019. :-(

It did make a noticeable improvement to a really fuzzy photo that I have. It will help improve photos for people who don't do their own photo editing.

David Cooper, You load it into the program, by either drag and drop, or going through your file manager.

David Cooper, I think using the word upload gives the impression that your photo(s) are being uploaded to some unknown server, it isn't, they should have perhaps used the word import rather than upload, although technically you are uploading your photos in to the software, but let's not nit pick. I've tested the software and assure you that nothing is "uploaded" to any servers. Hope this eases your mind.

Our elders had a word for that: open.
