Dear Team,

I downloaded this product that you give for free, (And thank you for that), however, my computer crashed and everthing was lost, could you be so king as to send me the serial number as I have once again downloaded the product and all I need is the serial number to use it. Thank you

Could not get it to activate. Kept saying key blocked! Downloaded and uninstalled several times and tried to use a couple different email addresses and same thing. Key blocked. Guess will stick with malware bytes if I cannot get it to even run on a trial basis.

I installed as per instructions, and after I entered my email and name I got this on the main interface;
Unkown email unknown name valid for 1 day, I never had this before.

Razor, Where did you find these reviews that impressed you? I would like to read some of them.

I only found a review on 1 sight that I would consider trustworthy (pcmag.com), and it was from back in 2015. At that time they stated:
'The Bottom Line: GridinSoft Trojan Killer [it's name at the time] aims to kill all types of malware, not just Trojans. Our testing shows that it fails in that aim. This product isn't ready for prime time.'

Copy and paste ... then read everything, this includes the comments, being as everyone has different expectations based upon their perceptions, beliefs & knowledge base. Reviews with above four star rating I read (them all) Lastly; go to the crack sites these people know their shit, far more than me any way. Read what they have to say. then you will be armed with enough information to make & have a more informed opinion enabling you to make your own decissions.
It's a little bit off reseach, but it works for me.

I downloaded, ran the software but never got a key, never saw a place to enter my email address. I want to remove what it found but can't, no key

How about that this software has found malware in Eset Internet Security which is one of the best software agains malware. How about using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware doesn't find those malware what this software finds ? It must be something or there must be someone from some experts from this Grindsoft company from that would show me that this software finds false or true "malware" are which are false and which are true what other software agains malware don't find at all. I think I don't expect too much

i had a trial pro version (not a previous gatd version). Have uninstalled. Every time I install, it goes back into the expired pro version I had. i don't get a popup for email, so i don't have the chance to change my email.

Can't get out of Demo Mode. Stated if you already have Gridinsoft already installed to uninstall it. I did that and installed giveaway of the day one on. Now can't get it out of Demo Mode. It states email already in use. How do I get it out of Demo Mode.

Use another email address -- companies like Google give away email accounts if you don't have another email address already.

This looks like a winner to me. It has a well thought out GUI that could be a model for so many poorly designed programs. The scan over 5TB of disc (not 5TB data) took under 5 minutes finding some minor registry items.

Items found can be optionally moved to an easily found quarantine and can be, if needed, restored from quarantine so there's little risk of permanently munging a system.

I have previously registered an older version so it won't accept my e-mail. It seems strange they won't let me use my real e-mail and want me to register this with a bogus e-mail.

Very good offering and certainly finds issues such as PUPs with ease.
No need to give correct email in order to obtain a full registered copy either and if, like me you had a previous version the new version unloads your old copy for you.

Definitely a keeper for me.

Terry I, Then please explain to us, why it would not uninstall the old program for myself, and others, and what you did to work around it? Also please explain these instructions from GOTD/Gridinsoft " In case you have the previous program copy installed, you'll have to delete it in order to use this offer!"
