Just want to add this comment incase anyone comes back with upgrade issues.
If there is an upgrade available it will pop up on the monitor. Close it. Go to you Glary Utiliities on the desktop, click on it and let it load. There you will see the small software updater arrow lit up. Click on it, and follow it through. It will take you direct to the newest download.
Doing it the other way brings up wanting you to purchase the update for some reason.

I had Wise Care 365 on my computer which I think serve me well.
out of curiosity, I downloaded and installed Glary Utilities PRO.
It seems both are on par. I will keep this software for the next 1 year.

There is an error in my email address. There is a leading "l" that is not part of my email. How can that leading l be eliminated to correct my email address

It may have started out as a simpler utility, but today Glary Utilities PRO is highly developed, full-featured program to help with and automate maintenance on a Windows machine. IMHO it's overkill if you regularly DIY, but if you don't have the time or inclination, or someone to do it for you, it can be worthwhile. Or you can of course do it Microsoft's way, backing up your settings to your Microsoft account, getting all your software from Windows Store, and starting over fresh reinstalling Windows.

Glary Utilities PRO takes up about 60MB in the program's folder, plus you get folders in Program File (x86)\ Common Files\, ProgramData\, and Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Roaming\. Changes to the registry aren't terrible, but it does add quite a few entries, including 5 services: BootDefrag, GUBootService, GUBootStartup, GUMemfilesService, GUPMService.

The program does not install in my PC (W11, x64): error (0xc0150004) on 5 subprograms. Any Idea?

I am currently running an older version of this program (5.192.0.221) . . . Can I install this over the existing file, or do I need to delete it and start from scratch?

Andre R, Download the zip file then follow the link in the text file and register and you will get a license that you can copy/post back into the program

Andre R, I think the v5.x versions once given away here, were Pro versions that lasted forever. So maybe rethink, if the 1-year v6 version is worth the upgrade.

Andre R, I have just downloaded and installed any updates for Glary. It seems the installer removes some or al of the old prior to installing the new.
