Did Geekersoft ever give a solution for the JavaScript error:
"The argument 'file' cannot be empty" ??
If it doesn't work then there's no reason for me to keep and use it, let alone buy it.....

Has anyone gotten this to work. I have tried multiple times with no luck.
I was mainly interested in downloading some youtube short clips, but nothing happens.
If I click on the play button next to the thumbnail I get. Uncaught Exception:
TypeError ERR_INVALID_ARG VALUE: The argument 'file' cannot be empty. Received"at new NodeError etc.
Not sure if I should just delete the program or what.

I installed the apps and registered it without any problem. But I keep having same error message as the program starts to download video. I don't know what to do. The error messages box doesn't allow me to copy all the messages.
The title of the error message box is
"A JavaScript error occurred in the main process"

GK Video refuses to download due to a "JavaScript errorin the main process" which never happens on my other 2 downloader programs using Windows 11. I have a screenshot of the error pop-up box. Alas, I must now uninstall the program.

emaureen, is there any possibility you installed a previous giveaway from another site Nov 2024 which had a 1 year expiring license so that is still in effect? Maybe the registration data remained in the registry and was re-used by todays installation?
