This program was created to make playing music on a computer more intuitive and affordable for anyone who wants to make music. It offers the most natural way to make music by simply using your touch screen or your hand in front of the web cam. If you don’t have these you can also use your mouse.
Creating your favorite instrument is also very easy: you need a couple of seconds of the sound that your instrument will make and import it as a WAV file. It will be converted into instrument and you can still adjust the individual frequencies of your instrument. It also has the option to record your performance into a WAV file.

Playing music is impossible with the home edition as there is no repeatability with the interface provided, it is a toy nothing more. The Pro and extreme editions with midi support can be used to create music with a midi keyboard but that edition has, so far, never been offered here or anywhere else as a giveaway to my knowledge.

TK, if you saw my comment (scroll down to number 2) I mentioned that I never made anything remotely musical with it, but it is, as you said, a WONDERFUL toy - but they really should market it as a Cat Toy!!
My cats go nuts when I'm playing with this, so it may be borderline useless for making music, but as a cat toy it excels beyond any other digital cat toy I ever found.
If you have cats, try it :)
I never tried the Pro version. Maybe if there is a free trial which wont disable this giveaway I'll give it a shot.

Why does Touchspace store a folder in my Documents folder (besides the 'Program Files(x86)' directory)?

GAoD says this version is 1.2.3 but 1.2.2 is what got installed.
Also, I see no place to enter the license.

I had Version 1.2.2 from a previous Giveaway on this site and was very happy to see a newer version! This is one of my favorite Audio Software Toys.
While I have never been able to make anything even remotely musical with it, I have made many a weird and strange Sci-Fi type sounds and sound effects with it. And the best part of all is how it thoroughly confuses my cats! As all Monty Python fans know, your cats must be confused regularly or they become lethargic and listless. This toy is just what the Veterinarian for that >:)
They either cock their heads and stare at the screen or run away in panic, but they are never indifferent to it and therefore it gets a lot of use. It is great fun whether the kitties are around to react or not, but when they are this program is a wonderful cat toy.
Thanks, GiMeSpace, for the newer version. And extra thanks for the Lifetime License! If anyone else has the older version, there is no need to activate or enter a serial number because it just uses the previous license.

My newly installed version is still 1.2.2 (same as my old version); does yours show 1.2.3?
As you said, there is no place to enter the new license, so I suppose the old one is still being used.

bromberg, BLIMEY! I never checked to see if it updated to 1.2.3 and you're right - it still says 1.2.2.
The cats can't tell the difference and therefore it is a trivial thing to me (and apparently to the kitteny cats too).
Thanks for noticing and pointing it out for us all.
Hopefully GimmeSpace will notice and offer 1.2.3 for real in the not too distant future...
