I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled again, and it won't work. All I get is a white app screen on my PC. I have also tried as administrator, as well as downloading and reinstalling the app from this website too. Still nothing.
I did try also going to Geekersoft website using different browsers and the website will not open either.
Yes, I have tried checking for viruses and malware too but I am all clear.

Karl Eastwood, I experienced the same when I installed and let the installer launch the program. I closed the window after a few minutes waiting for it to get its act together and tried launching it from the start menu of Win10 and the program launched and the GUI was rendered ok.

Not mentioned in system requirements is the fact that the executables in the installer are all 64bit executables it will not be usable under 32bit installations of XP to windows 10. Also note that by default the installer Autostarts with windows customise the installation to attmpt to change it with the non-standard selection controls that "look" activated all the time because the tick remains, regardless of what you do with them. Defaults to saving results onto desktop, when I change that to my Pictures folder it throws an uncaught javascript exception error and can't find the file in the temp folder and the Pictures folder even though it's been allowed through protected folder security... when it was in default "desktop" location I checked the produced png and the text I selected to remove as a watermark was still there.
Their website claims the use of AI but I see no evidence of AI within the program. Reset the save location back to desktop and tried again and this time it did remove the selected text but replaced it with a greyed out fuzzy block, no options on the type of removal procedure and it was obvious something was there and again no evidence of the AI promised in the description on the products home page:

We cannot preview or view the results within the program and there is severe blur.
