I was a little surprised when I had that 'perfect time' to use this utility & it stubbornly refused to come out and play fair !
Looks to me like I/we got this little utility back in Jan (?), so I did send their staff an early plea for some assistance-
I just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else wanted to check their copy as well, and I will post back any help they offer up-

All my PCWinSoft software has reverted to expired Trial (i.e. not working) including 1AVCenter, 1AVMonitor, 1AVStream, and StreamCamera.

Just checked my copy as well and it's also gone to trial. Very fishy. I checked it on one of my computers that I rarely use, so there's no possibility that a cleaner could have wiped out the registration.
I wonder how many others have got the same problem???

Just checked on a computer I rarely use and like everyone else it is expired! We better let the GOTD team and 1AV know of this.

Thanks, I am glad to know it isn't just something I may have done while PC 'housecleaning' also
I did send that request for help pretty early in the day,(my timezone is Pacific), and was pleased and surprised I got such a quick reply from

Send me HARDWARE-FINGERPRINT. Run the program, close the Buy Now dialog, click the Register button, then mark Enter REGISTRATION-KEY, click Next, and you will find the HARDWARE-FINGERPRINT in the middle of the dialog. Send me the HARDWARE-FINGERPRINT and I will send you the key.Note that I wont be able to do this a second time as I would break the terms of my contract with GOTD.

Yes, I sent that hardware fingerprint right back to him via email, the 1st contact was using the troubleshooting or contact us form from their website & have been waiting....
I usually go ahead and delete the original files after the install & reg, so I have no chance to try re-entering the original reg. info.
