   I used a GAWOTD Freebee (Paragon?)to upgrade to Windows 7 but now have a back-up..

   All went well up to the point of now loading Windows 7 in the new partition but then this Freebee was not on my system anymore.

   I have since formatted and installed Windows 7 afresh AND I do have a folder on my Portable Drive titled arc_110311053435373 with 84 files starting at arc_110311053435373.PBF, arc_110311053435373_0000p.000, (all 2GBea )through to arc_110311053435373_0000p.051 and ending with arc_110311053435373_0000p.pfm

   Anyone that can assist with what created that back-up and will be able to extract the files from it will be appreciated!

   These images most probably can be mounted and/or be used to extract particular files from using this free version from Paragon:

   In a way you are correct lady Gray.
   You can even request to send your login password again.

   Unfortunately you only get to see the registration data ,but afaik there's no way to download older giveaway Paragon PE/SE editions.Not on my end anyway.
   (and they constantly change the name of their packages)
   :(

   Then again,something tells me we will get another Paragon giveaway again real soon.
   You might call it wishful thinking.LOL.

   ... So do try one of Paragon's free programs. Also, I hope you have burned a backup CD so that you can boot it and restore your files. If not, I think it is included with at least one of Paragon's apps you can download for free.
