If you still want them - go to the source via Google.

This "blocking" is done by GOTD because the files are uploaded by people (developers?) outside the GOTD team. In the past there have been various trash type files included such as toolbars and malware. Now they block these files. (Hopefully someone on the GOTD team gets a report to investigate or remove these downloads).
