Hello:
Each time I attempt to run the program (on Win 7 64-bit Home Premium) I receive the message "For security purposes, this program will not run while system debuggers are active. Please remove or disable the system debugger before trying to run this program again."
As I don't know of a debugger, I can't get beyond this message box!
Can anyone help?

Try disabling error reporting. Here's a page detailing how to do so if you don't know how:

I've read that this is the most common reason for the debugger error.

Here’s something you can try;
Access the Windows Control Panel > Double-Click “Internet Options” > The “Internet Properties” window opens > Click the “Advanced” tab to access the Settings (they're in a scroll box > Ok, the first settings category you’ll see is “Accessibility” > the next category block will be "Browser" > Look for and put a check mark in the box next to “Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)” AND put a checkmark in the box next to “Disable Script Debugging (Other)”
You can also do this procedure within the browser, but that involves some extra steps. And it seems to me you’ve already beat yourself up pretty good, so I listed the easier method. I don't think the problem lies within the internet browser as the dodger isn't having any problems with downloading. The above method I provided isn't available to Home versions. Try this:
Open up the start menu and type in problem reporting settings into the search box, or head to Action Center –> Change Action Center Settings –> Problem Reporting Settings. If you used the search, use the “Choose how to report problems” item in the list. Then you can disable it. If you don't feel comfortable with that, I'd try the "Ask before checking" option.

Thanks for trying, but none of the suggestions are of use - the two choices for Disable Script Debugging are both checked. And, the action center options merely affect whether or not I report problems to Micro$oft - which doesn't apply!
This seems to be a problem with the program and a debugger - the only debugger I'm using is the one that comes with Access 2000! And the message comes up even after I exit Access!
I'm stumped!

Error reporting is Control Panel. I'm not sure which category it's in, but it should be around the Problems and Solutions Center (or the counterpart of it, which I can't remember what it's called). If the option's in Vista, it should be in Win7.
Windows 7 Home Premium does not have Group Policy Editor. All versions of Windows starting Win2k has MMC.
