I am calling "foul", because I tried to post the below post 90 minutes ago, and kept getting

Last night Wed 26 at 1:00 AM Denver time MDT the Aston 2 download said it would be up for 23 hours and 54 minutes, and I was awake working on my eligibility paperwork for Medicaid for Denver County, so I can keep getting the bills paid. That's the only reason the software didn't get downloaded by me then. This new 20 hour cap started tonight Thur 27. I was sitting there then like I am now, and saw everything.
Why did the Aston 2 close earlier than usual? I download these GOTD downloads until midnight Pacific California time every download since I have been using GOTD in January 2010.
Nobody here owes me anything Why did this change tonight? I downloaded here just this weekend up until 1:00 AM Denver Rocky Mountain Daylight Time, Process Lasso that RAM consumption manager, or Midnight California Pacific Daylight Time. I really wanted this Aston 2 download bad for Vista x64 bit, because recent Windows Update have made UX theme and theme.dll customizations literally impossible since New Years, my favorite themes widgets found at Deviant Art don't work in Vista x64 anymore.
I have a very progressive stage of Multiple Sclerosis and I didn't procrastinate to get here at 11:00 pm Rocky Mountain Daylight Time or 10:00 pm California Pacific Daylight Time tonight, and learn that the Aston 2 offer had been closed already, I was in serious pain and unable to stay in a desk chair, I use a desktop computer and my desk chair broke this weekend and dumped me on the floor twice this weekend, I needed to be sure I was wide awake before I risked getting in it again, and my Personal Care Provider went home early without asking me and I needed his help to get here safely, I risked life and limb to climb into this chair just to find out the offer was pulled early. I found out about Aston 2 earlier around 2:00 am, but had to leave for a medical appointment and needed to elevate my legs when I got home to prevent blood clots in my legs and leave them that way for 9:00 hours at least. This is truly frustrating you guys would change the time without telling us. I'm not even supposed to type until I have surgery on my left elbow to relocate my ulnar nerve, I am losing use of my left hand very quickly because of compression on the ulnar nerve in my elbow cleft there. My doctor says I risk losing my left hand every time I type, I feel too disrespected to care if I live or die.
But free or not free, I realize you guys are volunteering thankless precious time to do this, but I can't imagine a notice to let us know that the offers are no longer available for 24 hours would be out of the question. When the offer for Aston 2 went up this morning I was awake, and it said 23 hours and 54 minutes, and by that account it was misleading, I was here and it was misleading, and I had to work on forms to keep the medical stuff coming, and 22 hours was the earliest I could get here, and I have been too stunned for the last hour to decide what to say except that I have gotten nothing but disappointment from Giveaway of the Day and my other favorite giveaway site dotTech.org, with getting help with downloads and installing them and people being generally impolite except for Bubba who has been rather helpful when I brought up another matter that has been bothering me.
Of all the downloads I downloaded they are just consumption for the sake of getting something free because I am dirt poor and need software badly, stuff I will probably never use. I need a backup solution really bad, but I have had problems with the Paragon offerings in the recent past, and the last one I got I can't install becaue of an .msi problem. I really appreciate the animated wallpaper of fancy goldfish, that one I do like, most of the rest are really not stuff I can use. Sorry for the long rant, but it was a lot of trouble for me to boot up the Vista drive, get all the messages it's crappy Norton antivirus software needs updates and scans and sync my bandwidth meter with the Windows 7 to keep track of my Comcast usage, and I could have saved myself some big headaches if somebody hadn't pulled the plug early. Even a kind notice explaining why, would have been able to take some of the sting out of the situation. I'll shut my pie hole now, you won't hear from me for a while, sorry so long, I'm really put out over this.
Go back and read the entire comments for the day people, maybe unless you are running Windows XP, you don't want to risk installing Aston, some people had problems after installing. I got the Alt-Desk May 11, but I wouldn't use it in Windows 7 Ultimate x64, maybe Vista, definitely XP, wish I had it then, but I didn't have a decent machine with a fast P4 (mine was early slow Intel P4 only 1500Mhz) and more than 640 MB RAM that could run intensive software like this while running email and office software, RAM intensive browser like Avant, Orca, or Maxthon 2, even Flock, never was a fan of vanilla IE 7 or 8 or Firefox. Just sayin' that old computer would have crashed.
I am grateful of what you guys do. Just venting because of the obstacles I faced to get here tonight to find the download unavailable, again, I apologize if you think the criticism, blame, overly harsh. I know what I saw at 1:00 am Mountain Daylight Time this morning, it said 23 hours 54 minutes left on this download, today it says 20 hours after I couldn't submit my post, (glad I saved it to Wordpad before hitting "Send Post" so I wouldn't have to type it again), and some sort of communication would be polite. I am not short on gratitude, I just don't like being jerked around while I spend the terminal stages of life alone seeming to get disrespect from so many.
