Ok, I have 3 spectacular games to day.
The first is a platformer called Robbie Swifthand. It was made in Game Maker, and is very polished. The storyline is very basic, but the gameplay is amazing. In each level, there is an orb, and you have to throw the orb into this light. However, what makes the game amazing is that the level changes depending on whether you are holding the orb or not. Some platforms appear when you hold it, some disappear when you hold it, which makes for a potentially strategic (I wish I saw more strategy, but I'm only on the second world out of 3), and definitely action-based platformer.

The second game is Advanced Strategic Commander, a turn based strategic game. When I first played it, I tried it with out the tutorial...something I don't suggest. Not that its a difficult to understand game, but that there are some tips they give that totally changes gameplay. I expected a game like Battalion (Flash game on Kongregate), but ASC totally expanded on it, and made it much better. Download here: http://www.asc-hq.org/
The third game is an isometric exploration platformer (based on the original Head over Heels)...and the entire goal of the game is to find as many rooms as possible. Some of the rooms are quite hard, and the only reason I am writing this review right now is because I simply can't get past this part. This definitely has more puzzle elements than the first game, but there is still some button timing rooms. Just make sure you look over the key commands so that you know everything that you can do. **EDIT**
Sorry about the half-post. I didn't realize I pressed enter half-way through. Pictures are coming.
