   Same old same games on sale. These game have been appearing on sale for the past few years, with the addition of new games as they are released. You can visit any of the main game sites such as Steam, Gamersgate, Gamefly, Gamestop, GreenmanGaming as well as others and you are guaranteed to find loads of games on sale all the time.

   If you aren't particular where you purchase your digital games and you love games you'll soon find a big hole in your bank account. My Steam games alone have set me back over $40 000 since joining Steam almost four years to the day. That plus all the games I've bought from Gamersgate, Gamefly, Desura and a few other places, not to mention the hard copies I've purchased from Game UK and several supermarkets amount to even more. to be honest, I'm totally saturated and find it hard to justify purchasing more, which is a shame as some of the titles being released now look amazing. The indie scene alone has blossomed over the past four or five years, with new games being released almost on a daily basis, sadly I can't say the same for AAA games. On the whole they seem to be made for console games which at the moment do not come up to the standards of PC machines when you compare graphics. You just have to look at games like Skyrim when it was released. The textures were actually really bad. Thankfully they did release a patch for PC that improved many of the textures. Still, that cannot justify the cost of the graphics chips many of us gamers end up paying for. My graphic cards when new would have paid for at least four or five XBox consoles alone.

   Scuze the rant, just a little overpowered by the constant sales. I've nothing better to do than look through them and get tempted when I see a game I don't have that I fancy. Yeah I know, maybe a little more self control should be employed, but that's hard when you're stuck indoors 24/7 with nothing but a PC and TV to stare at. . :( - boo hoo lol.

   again, sorry for the rant, needed to get it off my chest. :)

   As someone who has dealt with chronic pain for 17 years, not having a day free of pain, I truly do understand what you are saying. I go out maybe twice a month and that is for doctor visits. I have my computer, games, and drawing that helps me. Just know you are not alone.

   I too feel over saturated with games. I don't have a 360 or a ps3, but I do have a Wii U and a 3DS. I love those. If more of the console games came on the pc and were actually made to work with a keyboard and a mouse, I would be happy.

   Rant away, sometimes you gotta get it out!!
