   I downloaded Wondershare Music Converter awhile back during the giveaway of day featured program. I recently opened it back up and it seems to have restored it's activation and is now expired.

   Anyone mind linking another free drm/converter that actually works?

   The download link on the site forwards to a dead webpage, nothing to click on to download anything. Plus that application had a 30 second limit since it was trial only.

   I purchased Wondershare Flash Gallery Factory for $49.95 on September 23rd, 2009. It was supposed to provide 60+ free flash gallery templates including 25+ 3D flash templates. After installing the software, 20 of the 25 3D flash templates were empty. My card was charged twice for two different transactions. Their address in the contact address were Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province,P.R.China, but the copy of CD they sent me were sent from Portland OR, USA. When I emailed them on the issues, I was told to uninstall and reinstall the software but that didn't work either. I don't know what to make of this company.

   Hi Serenity,

   Have you emailed them regarding their recommendations not working? If you're not pleased with the software you could always ask for a refund. I've always got my money back from developers when i've not been happy with their product.

   If tht doesn't work (it does depend upon how long you've had the software) you'll have to keep sending requests for help.

   I do hope you get it sorted.

   Whiterabbit, I emailed them almost everyday, their recommendations didn't work at all. I purchased the software on September 23rd last month. As for the double charge, their explanation were, they split the order, LOL... and it totaled up to $134.00 instead of $67.05.

   Thinking of the next best way to get my $134.00 back since the software doesn't work.

   hi, Serenity...

   my two cents: keep copies of documentation (e-mailed receipts, e-mails attempting to correct, etc.), and dispute the charge with your credit card issuer, if necessary...most are good about reversing charges when attempts to resolve the situation have been attempted & documented...

   Wondershare has been a good friend of GOTD...i hope to see your issues resolved without it coming to that...maybe you've somehow "slipped thru the cracks" in customer service...

   ok...that was four or five cents...lol...
