Tried it again today and upon running the startup file, Wallpaper Manager.exe it says:
"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect,
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"
The same a comment #7 in the giveaway section except my card is Nvidia 6600 GT
with 128 megs ram.
Found the problem. I installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
Package (x86) and it works fine now.
