   Yeah definitely take your time!

   I know the off color feeling, just last month I was hospitalized and operated for another kidney stone (I already have had 34 of them in my 53 years but that one was the worst @ 6.4mm).

   I am just getting back in the swing of things and also have what I can only call off days where even thinking is problematic due to loss of strength.

   On these days, I can only sleep to regain what I need!

   So take it easy, OK!
