I have noticed several people commenting on the Egyptian breakout games (I think "breakout" is a correct term). I have really enjoyed playing most of these games. Egyptian Ball is the last game that I downloaded. I downloaded it from Gametop earlier today. It is completely unlike the other three games - and I have not decided how I feel about this game yet.
I have collected four different Egyptian games however Egyptoball and Egyptoid2 are very similar. Both games will occasionally cheat you by removing the ball that you are playing with and substitute a ball with less power. The physics in these two games is not perfect either but it is really not too bad. Actually these two factors can make playing the games more challenging. Of the two, I enjoy playing Egyptoball the most. The perspective of the game board is better than in Egyptoid2.
I have not been able to figure out if the version numbers are referring to the same game, or as the several names suggest, they are not really indicating a progression of one game.
I am sure that there will be some concern considering downloading from GameTop. I have never received even the first e-mail from GameTop. I have included some excerpts from their privacy statement. If my experience is typical, there is nothing to fear. For quite a while I ran everything through Sandboxie. I do not do that any more.
