If you've got the original read me file from you're download, try re-registering the update with that information. If that doesn't work, if you have the original setup, try deleting the program and reinstalling using the read me info. But, there's a good chance your out of luck. GOTDs are not meant to EVER be updated, something many of us forget newer people don't always understand. The exceptions to this rule are rare and unintentional.

watcher13 a warrior poet? LOL
You are correct watcher13. No updates goodolvera. It may be offered again.

Goodolvera,
Watcher13 is right about this. This means you and and I are out of luck.LOL.
The original setup has a GOTD wrapper so you can't use that either.
I did mention some bugs in the GOTD version to the developer , but he didn't care to answer.
-Edit- Oh I didn't see your post,Angel.Posted 14 years ago # -
I'm easily overlooked Robert. What bugs did you find? Just wondering because I bought it and will check to see if they exist in the developers version.

Er...not really,Angel.I should hit that refresh button more often.
You should check if the 'Windows Registry Search' options works.
Over here it didn't.
Then again I noticed they updated almost every single bit of the program(although it's still version 6.4)
To be on the safe side ,some options of the registry cleaner should be disabled by default such as "HKEY_Classes_Root" and "HKEY_CURRENT_ USER\Software\Classes" and "HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\Software\Classes"And some GUI remarks.
On a personal note,I hate programs that redirect your browser to the developer's pages when uninstalling.
But overall it is (was) a beauty.
Btw I noticed there's a new version 1.80 of Revo Uninstaller.(freeware).

Google - winutilities 6.12mb - 1st link is what you want

How exactly did you update it? v6.4 is the latest version and that is what was given out a few days back >.>'
Anyway, the developer of WinUtilities offered readers of my blog v6.2 for free. It is an unlimited license which you can uninstall/reinstall as you please. However no updates to v6.4. Click here if you are interested.
If you are worried about getting an 'obsolete' version, I evaluated the changes between v6.2 and v6.4 when v6.4 was given out; you can read it here. You will see the differences are not significant enough to not use v6.2.
Hope that helps,

That's what I recommend, folks. 6.2 has pretty much everything 6.4 does. The only big difference I remember is a bug in the 6.2 registry cleaner that doesn't allow you to maximize the window. Often, you've got to dump the results into an HTML file to get a good look at it.
Warrior poet? Well, I think I've been called worse (vigorously scratches head). :) The only reason I posted on this one was that I was feeling sorry for goodlovera. It's a common mistake that gets a lot of people. Don't feel lonely.

Robert on 6.4 registry search does work.

Sorry - being vague again. The download from download.com I mentioned above is the one that works with the old registration. Just Google - winutilities 6.12mb - the 1st link is what you want.
