Just a Hi so you don't think that there isn't help out here. I'm all done with this program and don't know how to uninstall it. Looks like both of our searches are futile. The forums are about as useful as used toilet paper.

@nail837gun: You do notice that the thread is 11 month old? And maybe the guy didn't activate it on the same day. Have you thought of that?
BTW, you didn't even ask how to uninstall the program, so you can't honestly make a conclusion with the lack of answers.

Well actually, GMMan, someone in the know could and should have given *some* kind of response to lolcats post, way back then. Still though, as you said, lolcats posted the comment 11 months ago.
Nail837gun, you just posted your comment 1 hour ago; you have to give some time for someone who knows what to do to reply to your post. As for your comment regarding the usefulness of this forum, hang around here and post more often, and you will see that it is, indeed, a very useful and helpful forum. :)

hi there, nail837gun...
sorry i missed your original post asking for help uninstalling Ultimate Keylogger...it must be frustrating for you after your diligent searching & posting...
not knowing what OS you use, what solutions you've tried, etc., i'll still try to muddle my way thru some assistance until someone more knowledgeable arrives...
from the front page comments today ( http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/ultimate-keylogger-1-50/ ), comment #28, badprogeny: "...and if u don’t have a restore point,
-boot into safe mode with networking…
-search and download “autoruns” and run it…and when it is ready,
-under the logon tab, look until u find the entry “ukl”,and uncheck it
c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\uklpr\wmpusrvc.exe
-under the drivers tab, look until u find “KLPP2drv”,and uncheck it
c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\uklpr\klpp2drv.sys
-then reboot."..."...from the prior giveaway ( http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/ultimate-keylogger/ ), comment #99, Robert: "To uninstall:
Look for the uninstaller in the Ultimate Keylogger folder:
This should be in C:\Program files\Common Files\Ultimate Keylogger\
(look for unukl.exe and double click on the exe)..or use your windows search option."...
sorry that's all i have to offer...
it is always enjoyable to try to help such a pleasant, valuable, informative, helpful member of the community...

This app is a bit difficult to fully remove. I tried it and noticed it
also accessed (although I didn't open) Windows Messenger files when
viewing the report. The author also views that too, apparently. To remove, had to restore all of registry from backup (xp system) to get rid of it.
Using Violet remove method above, you will still have some hidden reg keys remaining.Posted 13 years ago #
