This is another one of those stories where someone lost years worth of stuff they had stored in the cloud -- this time with Microsoft. We only hear about a few cases where the individual was able to make enough noise that it got someone's attention, and that's your only hope of getting any of it back. The cloud makes for a nice, *redundant* backup of stuff you have stored locally, because **** happens, but rely solely on the cloud at your own peril.
