Google killed their Tenor GIF service, so GIFs stopped working in Windows 11 emoji panel -- Microsoft replaced Tenor with GIPHY so they work again.

Win11 includes a Capability Access Manager, which is used for things like cameras. Turns out that for some people it could cause a file to balloon to a reported 70GB or so. I've never used a camera with this desktop PC, so it went from a modest ~3MB to a few KB after the update. You can check the effected file here:
