See cirrux[.].me for the product of a single Dutchman, Rick Pastoor. It really works, but only the mail part is operational. It is paid-only, €29 per year for 20 GB, €49 for 100 GB. It will import your Gmail, so you can get used to it. He also has some US customers. He is working on a mail client/webmail, so in the meantime you have to use something like Thunderbird or Betterbird.
