It's I think an interesting take from David Gewirtz -- it's all about normalization, and it particularly effects kids. A Very brief summary: if you're used to being rude, nasty, and demanding to ChatGPT etc., you can get so used to it that you start treating people that way. What about the AI's response? Being reasonably polite might or might not matter -- results from a couple of studies are mixed -- so it's all about whether you want to be an a****** or not.
