I'm actually a fan of 32-bit Windows -- it's smaller, lighter, faster -- as long as you don't run any apps that require 64-bit memory support, which is really quite a long list. Microsoft however hasn't wanted to be bothered supporting it, skipping most Win10 feature updates on the 32-bit version for probably the last 6 years or more. And now with Win10 put out to pasture, software companies can save money by only developing stuff that runs on 64-bit only Win11.
There are a few 32-bit only devices still running -- I have a tablet with 64-bit hardware but a 32-bit BIOS because it's cheaper for example -- but I believe most can bite the bullet and install 64-bit Win11.
