Microsoft has reported widespread problems in corporate enterprise environments with XAML being broken in Win11. That's also reportedly what's behind lots of user complaints with File Explorer being slow to start and having poor performance -- so much so that Microsoft is testing having File Explorer pre-load when you start Windows. And it's also apparently behind the white flash in dark mode when you start File Explorer [Neowin calls it a flash bang]. The fix is to use the Win7 or Win10 version of File Explorer. I use a small app called Windows 11 Classic Context Menu on Every Win11 install because I simply loath the new style File Explorer & its context menus.
