@danialhert I use AI mostly to search on the internet in real-time to find answers to quwestions I pose myself, summarize the results and provide the url's it used. If you ask ChatGTP what the differences are between ChatGTP and Perplexity, you will see why I prefer Perplexity. The wordings may be comparable, the contents of their answers to my queries are different. I do not mind their answers sound like AI, because I do not need to pretend I wrote their answers.
-----------
I do use AI to improve my writing. Below you see what Perplexity did to the first paragraph:
---
@danialhert I mainly use AI for real-time internet searches to find answers to the questions I come up with, summarize the results, and share the links used. If you ask ChatGPT about the differences between ChatGPT and Perplexity, you’ll understand why I prefer Perplexity. Although the wording of their replies may sound similar, the actual content and depth of the answers differ noticeably. I don’t mind that their responses sound like AI — I’m not trying to pass them off as my own writing.

Now what ChatGPT produced:
I mainly use AI to perform real-time internet searches, gather information, and summarize the results along with the sources it used. If you ask ChatGPT to explain the differences between ChatGPT and Perplexity, you’ll understand why I prefer Perplexity. Even if their wording can sound similar, the substance of their answers is noticeably different. I also don’t mind if the responses sound like they were written by an AI—I'm not trying to pass them off as my own writing.
