At the moment this is just a heads-up. Tools like Rufus include the ability to set up Win11 using a local rather than Microsoft account. Microsoft now blocks the common ways to achieve that in the latest Insider builds, so it will likely come to all future Win11 ISOs. There will probably [hopefully] still be ways to do that discovered in the future, but, if you prefer using a local account, at least initially, you might want to research the latest ISOs & tools like Rufus to make sure you're covered, rather than just relying on the old copy of Rufus you have handy.
