You generally don't have to worry about these 2nd monthly updates, as they don't fix any security problems & they'll be included in next month's Patch Tuesday updates. I'm posting / mentioning them because Microsoft made things a bit confusing for those running Win11... if you happen to install the optional update in Win11 you'll see a new PC Migration in Settings, but it's completely inoperable. Microsoft chose to add the pages to Settings in advance for something that is scheduled to roll out sometime this summer. From the sounds of it it's no big deal, simply letting you backup your Windows settings and any docs saved to OneDrive so you can download that stuff to a new PC/laptop signed into the same account.
