This notice is all over the web -- the link above has the only picture of the enablement wizard I've found. The year of security updates originally was going to cost $30, and you can still pay that if you want -- I've no idea why Microsoft left that option -- but it will be free if you backup your files to OneDrive or use 1000 reward points. So far I haven't found anyone walking through the steps, and while Insiders are supposed to have access today, it hasn't shown up in my Win10 Insider VM. It's supposed to go live for everyone in July.
